A bit about the photographer:
Born in Denmark in 1956, Frank Jensen has been a passionate artist since childhood. His father, a painter and violinist, was his first teacher and he went on to study at the School of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, holding major one-man exhibitions in 1988 and 1989. In both Denmark and the US, Jensen worked as an illustrator and became a world traveler before finally settling down in Barcelona, Spain, in 1991. He went on to become quite well known in Spain for his work as an illustrator, especially for the El Periodico y el Avui, and later began to focus on painting, where he developed a distinctive abstract style that incorporated a variety of painting techniques, as well as unusual materials, such as marble dust.
