Schinnerer.

Ingfried Henze, called Morro, was born in 1925 in Leipzig and now resides in Italy.  Before the advent of World War II, he studied painting at Leipzig’s Fine Arts Academy.  Following the war, he continued his education by studying under Professors Schinnerer and Gott of the Fine Arts Academy of Munich, Germany.

Possessing a truly gypsy soul, Morro began to travel extensively upon finishing his studies.  After a long sojourn in Tangier, he returned to Europe and exhibited his works in Paris, Stockholm, London, and in several German cities.  He has also shown his works in Havana, Cuba, as well as throughout the United States: Philadelphia, Detroit, New York and Los Angeles.

Morro paints floral compositions with delicate brush work and subdued, pastel palette intended to be soothing to the eye, romantic and ethereal.
